Question & Answer session with Stinky the Bulldog

Q - When you were old enough to understand your name, what did you think if it?

STINKY - I thought it was very special and unique because I was named after my grandfather and he was very special and unique.

Q - Were you always challenged when you were introduced to new people? (Were you shy, unsure of yourself?)

STINKY - No...I'm not a shy dog. I love everyone and always want to meet new people so I never let anything, like my name, make me feel unsure or shy.

Q - How did you feel when the new neighborhood kids turned their backs on your when they didn't even know you?

STINKY - I was very sad. I didn't understand why the kids did not want to be my friend even though they didn't even know me. I wish they would have taken the time to know me instead of being mean to me because my name is Stinky.

Q - Do you think your name has held you from having fun and achieving goals?

STINKY - I don't let my name hold me back. If some of the kids don't want to be my friend because my name is Stinky, they are not true friends. My mama taught me that true friends would love you for who you are, not what your name is or what you look like. Those are the people that will be true friends. I have many true friends and have great fun with them.
