Question & Answer session with Stinky the Bulldog
Q - What's the most valuable lesson your mama has taught you? STINKY - The most valuable lesson my mama taught me is that everyone is special, and just because they may be different than you does not make them bad. I'm a really good dog and some kids didn't think so just because of my name. We all need to take time to know others before we make any judgments.
Q - What are your hopes for the book, "Stinky the Bulldog?" STINKY - I would really like to reach as many people as possible with the message of diversity and acceptance. I would love to see my book picked up by a mainstream publisher to ensure as many people can see it as possible. My mama also talks about making a cartoon out of the book and that would be pretty neat! This way, all kinds of people could learn about diversity and how to treat others with respect.
Q - Do you like being famous? STINKY - I really like it when people recognize me when I am out in public. They pet me and scratch me behind my ears and I really like that! I do have to be honest...I like all of the attention!
